A message from our Directors regarding Covid-19 Coronavirus
We’d like take this opportunity to reassure all of our clients that Colab Digital will be available to support you with your business needs during these uncertain times, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Our aim is to adopt a ‘business as usual’ approach to the best of our ability. Thankfully, due to the nature of our work, the vast majority of what we do on a day-to-day basis can be carried out remotely, so we are confident that the current developments will cause us minimal disruption.
We do appreciate however, that the circumstances for our clients may have changed, and this may impact your usual channels of communication with us.
Please feel re-assured, that should you need to reach us, we are still contactable via phone and email. For those with active projects with us, you will be familiar with Basecamp as our primary method of contact for any project related communication.
To abide by government guidelines, and for the safety and wellbeing of ourselves and others, we will be rescheduling all client meetings. In the interim, we will be implementing video conferencing and screen sharing where suitable for our clients.
For clients that have recurring services from us, such as website hosting, or email services, at this point we are not aware of any reason why these services should experience any downtime, or loss of service. Should you experience any issues whatsoever, we ask you to contact us so we can investigate as quickly as we can.
